FunkedUp dropped their third bike over to The Dublin Web Summit on Tuesday morning. The f.ounders bike makes a nice addition to The Summit and START bikes. The Summit Bike

The Summit Start Bike The Summit team have just completed their first US event Collision in Las Vegas last month and are building towards there home event in Dublin this coming October.

We were lucky enough to be in attendance last October, which took place around Halloween so there was plenty of fun and networking to be had. The RDS, where the main conference takes place, was full of tech nerds, investors and entrepreneurs alike. The event is a real showcase for Ireland's (now established) technology community but there were also companies from 97 other countries represented last year.

Its not all business deals and networking though... the real parties took place after hours. Dublin city center was turned into the attendees playground for the duration of the event. Companies such as Spotify & Dyn held parties huge parties with open bars and plenty of live music to entertain the punters! On the final day, Meeting House square, in Temple Bar was turned into a make shift venue for the closing party featuring up and coming local talent Le Galaxie. (Unfortunately, tickets were like gold dust and yours truly was not in attendance).

This year, in November 20,000+ people are expected to attend the Summit and we hope the to be back there showcasing all the latest and greatest FunkedUp has to offer! And of course, enjoying the afters!
